Casal Cultural, The Cultural Heritage Museum

On the ground floor of the museum's modest home in Ca'n Mo we find an authentic Majorcan kitchen with its typical open chimney over the fireplace and numerous kitchen utensils. We discover a precious little well, an old anchor, ship lamps and original handmade tools in a lush courtyard-like garden overgrown with Bougainvilleas. On the first floor there is an original dining room furnished as in the earlier days. The floor above holds the bedroom with a coal basin, a pompous bed and some antique jewellery that were worn by the ladies of the house as well as traditional and festive clothing, musical instruments and paintings. There furthermore are some well-preserved Roman amphorae.
